What will you do to control machine quality before shipment?

We have the completely quality insurance system across the whole manufacturing process. Every step is fully supervised and confirmed when get to the next step
Debugging and testing sheet metal coil line system before shipment.
precision checking (1000mm size pattern error cannot exceed 0.02mm)
closed graphic closure test (The start and end points of the graph are completely coincident)
small circle speed test (Small circle with a diameter of 1mm, cutting speed is 30mm/s)
72 hours uninterrupted aging test

What if we don't know how to operate your machine?

Our technician has installed and debugged the machine before shipping. Detailed installation and operation instructions are attached to the machine. You could operate the coil fed punching machines according to it. Besides, video technical support and online support are provided. Moreover, we can arrange our engineer to your country to teach you how to use it and maintain it. You can also send your technician to our laser machine China factory. We will give him/her related training.

If some problems happen to this machine what should I do?

During warranty period, If confronted with such problems, please contact us asap and do not try fix the machine by yourself or someone else. We will response within 24 hours as quickly as we can to solve it for you. When customer supply picture & video, free parts will be supplied during machine warranty period if machine have some problems. While we also supply free life long after-sales service. So any doubts, just let us know, we will give you solutions.

Although over the warranty, we also offer life-long technology support in free.

What's the package? Will the package damaged during transportation?

We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wood craft case or steel frame to fix the laser cutting machine. In the middle, the machine is covered by thickening plastic bag for waterproof. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by wrapped plastic film.

You will receive the parcel in good condition.
